Terrible bank! Bank of America cards don't work here. The staff says there's something wrong with your card, but several friends with BofA cards had the same problem. We tried it over several days. Also, they won't change dollars to pesos in the bank. Go to Banco Azteca (24 hour teller service and ATM.

Canadians can change Canadian dollars to pesos. Simply go to a teller with your cash. Don't go to reception or they may tell you "no". They will not exchange American dollars. (at this time April 2017).

This bank doesn't accept (at least our) European cards in any of the branches we have tried so far. We confirmed with our bank that it's not a problem on their end.

Extremely long wait if you need to see someone in customer service. Which you need to do for just about anything except deposits or withdrawals.
